Our persimmon pavê is a holiday dessert that feels comforting and special at the same time.

This pavê is layered with sponge cake, creamy filling, and a house-made persimmon preparation sweetened with rapadura, an unrefined cane sugar commonly used in Brazil. Rapadura adds a warm, molasses-like depth that pairs beautifully with the natural sweetness of persimmon.

Each pavê is assembled by hand and finished the day before pickup to ensure the best texture and flavor. This is a limited holiday item, available by preorder only.
